At the heart of the Work Village is our Reception which provides a very friendly and professional service to both you and your clients helping you create the right impression. Our team provides a wide range of administration services designed to support you with day to day tasks that will leave you to focus on running your business.


Our digital telephone system provides you with unique features you would expect from a high quality managed telephone system. There are no set up charges and the monthly fee includes the use of a digital handset, your own direct line number, voicemail, and reduced call charges. Additional features include call diversion, call transfer, call conferencing, and remote access to voicemail.


We have a superfast synchronous fibre connection into the Work Village. Our network has wireless capability and VPN. There’s no expensive set up costs or lengthy tie-ins to contracts - there's just a nominal monthly fee.

Office services

Whether it’s administrative work, post franking, special delivery, mailshots, photocopying, scanning or call handling, we can save you time that could be better spent developing your business. Our team is always available to discuss any work projects we can help you with.

Conference and meeting space

We have a wide range of conference and meeting room spaces available for tenants to rent at specially discounted rates. Rooms can be booked by the hour or on a daily rate. Room hire starts from as little as £10.50p/hr inclusive of all AV equipment and there's free access to our wi-fi. The conference team know how important it is to make the right impression with your clients and visitors and will handle all operational matters for you to allow you to focus fully on your meeting.
