The middle of a global pandemic is a weird time to be looking for office space. Especially when my online enquiries turned into being bombarded with calls and emails with everything from Quayside penthouses to 10-person offices with rustic beams, killer coffee machines—and more rent than a decent mortgage. Enter JBWV stage left… recommended by one of my clients as being “so easy to get to, free parking, and the staff are lush”. Now, I have my own front door key, my branding is on the wall next to my office, and the parking is free. And that’s not all. So far, I’ve managed to resist the chocolates in the vending machine, have the use of a fully equipped kitchen less than 10 feet from my desk—and Sarah was right. The people here are just lovely
