Just off the A1 and very close to Newcastle, our flexible conference facilities can provide just what you need for those important meetings, training exercises or group get togethers. Our rooms can hold between 2-30 delegates and are available from 1 hour to a full day. They can be set up in any format that suits your requirements – just ask and we can advise what works best. WiFi is free to all delegates and business guests, along with ample free parking. We offer the usual refreshments and can also provide delicious snacks and lunches made by some amazing local caterers.

Dedicated conference team

Our dedicated conference and reception team, will provide you with a fabulous service, whatever your requirements are. We work with you from the moment you place your booking to your last delegate leaving, ensuring your event goes smoothly and is a great experience.

Space and flexible layouts

We can accommodate 1-30 delegates, and we will set up the space just as you need it. In fact, from the moment you make your booking we’ll start to tailor the event to your exact requirements. A few days before your event we’ll contact you to ensure there haven’t been any last minute changes.

The full package

Our location makes the Work Village an ideal choice for your event. We are located just outside the city centre, with easy access to the A1 North and South.

Our room rates are extremely competitive, and we include WIFI for you and your guests. We have AV equipment and the usual conference necessities, including our catering packages, offering a comprehensive selection of hot and cold drinks, light snacks, breakfast and lunch menus. More recently we have also hosted virtual training sessions and meetings with delegates or the trainers dialing in from different parts of the UK.
