All offices are clean, modern and finished to a high specification, many with stunning panoramic views of Newcastle over the Tyne Valley, with the Angel of the North to the east, and Chopwell Woods to the west. The whole building is connected to a super fast broadband internet service and digital telephone system.

Office sizes range from 12m2 up to 95m2 so whether you are looking for a small one person office to lease or a larger team suite, we have the space you need.

We have the benefit of free car parking and a great central location, being just two minutes drive from the A1 and Newcastle City Centre.

Security is important for any business so we have external CCTV, electronic door access control, and individual alarms for each office and workshop. Our monthly fees start from only £241 per month and this includes rent, rates, heat, light, power, reception, security, insurance as well as building management. We’re located minutes from the city centre and theres also free parking.

No lengthy tie-in contracts

We understand business so our contracts are for a minimum of just 6 months and we provide you with a jargon free and easy to read licence agreement which allows for just one months notice. If you need to move around – upscale or downscale this is no issue and can be arranged subject to availability at short notice – its no hassle at all.

Easy access

We operate a 24/7 secure access every day so you have the freedom to access your individual space at any time, day or night. We understand running your own business is not a Monday-Friday 9.00 – 5.00 job.

Peace of mind

The building is monitored at all times by CCTV and as a tenant you have individual access control including a key and your own alarm fob designed to offer you the peace of mind that your space is safe and secure.

The Work Village has a manned reception as well as a knowledgeable management team onsite Mon-Fri 9-5. We will sort your post, parcels and meet and greet your visitors leaving you to focus on running your business.

Support

As a tenant of JBWV you are eligible to tap into our free programme of Business Support ran by our onsite charity Reviving the Heart of the West End. This support consists of training, masterclasses, business advisor 1:1 support as well as a sounding board to get that all important second opinion or valued advice to help you on your business journey.

Our tenants also qualify for discounted meeting space. This ranges from small informal spaces for that intimate meeting, a desk for one to larger spaces for all your conference, meeting, brainstorming or training sessions.
